21 Day Meditation Challenge

Let’s get together for 21 days of meditation. Each morning, from Jan 1-21, we will sit together (on zoom) for 15 minutes.

When you meditate daily, great things start to happen.

  • You establish a daily rhythm.

  • Your brain learns to slow down.

  • You enjoy 15 minutes of peace and quiet!

  • You switch from “doing” mode to “being” mode.

  • You stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system, which helps you reduce stress.

  • You spend time connecting to the deeper aspects of yourself.

  • and much more!

The live practices take place at 7:30-7:45 am (EST) on Zoom. Click here to join the live sessions. The recordings will be posted here on this page afterwards for you to use at any time during the day. HOWEVER- practicing simultaneously with the group is a beautiful experience. The power of each person’s meditation multiplies each other’s. You may feel much more connected if you can make the effort to get up early and practice with the group.
