Feeling ungrounded, overheated, or spaced out? Fall is a transitional time of year where our bodies and minds can get out of whack. Each fall, I take time for a full bodymindheart tune up with an Ayurvedic-inspired detox. You can join me, right from wherever you are!
We meet for 45 minutes each morning (Oct 24-30) to learn, do practices, and support each other. At the heart of the detox is a diet of kitchari- you’ll get recipes on how to make it, when to eat it, and lots of other yummy options too.
Includes a 50+ page booklet, and 7 online classes, plus text support whenever you need it during the week.

Schedule: 9:00-9:45 am each morning
Friday: Introduction to Ayurveda (and meet and greet each other), and learn about the diet for the week- where to get your ingredients, etc.
Saturday: Learn two important self-care techniques that you’ll use all week, tongue scraping and oil pulling
Sunday: Check in to see that everyone has everything they need. We’ll do some breath work this morning too.
Monday: Gentle Yoga sequence that you can use all week
Tuesday: We’ll use this day to check in with each other and answer any questions about what is coming up for you
Wednesday: Yoga, breath work and meditation
Thursday: Talk about transitioning out of the detox, celebration, and integration!
