Are you struggling with weight gain, mood swings, hot flashes, fatigue, and joint pain that can accompany perimenopause or menopause?

Join the club! So many women in their 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond are dealing with these issues, and our conventional health care system doesn’t have a good solution.

The Holistic practices of Yoga and Ayurveda can help. These Ancient Wisdom modalities are centered around the idea of creating balance in the body, mind, and heart.

Cheryl Chaffee and Bettina Jonsef have combined our decades of experience and expertise in yoga, nutrition, and Ayurveda to bring you a weekend experience of Yoga and Ayurveda, specifically designed to help you create balance in the seeming chaos of menopause. We’ll discuss why menopause is a beautiful stage of life, how Ayurveda can help you navigate some of the changes and challenges, guide you through specific breath exercises, meditations, and yoga sequences to help you feel calm, confident, and in control of your changing body. We’ll make recommendations on diet and Ayurvedic herbs to help you feel your best.

We’ll discuss options for vegetarians and vegans, too.
